Давайте говорить прямо. Все эти попытки облить "Бест Вей" грязью — просто показуха. Видимо, кому-то сильно мешает, что кооператив работает успешно, пайщики довольны, а деньги крутятся не у банков, а у людей. Вот и нашли повод зацепиться — хотя иск прокуратуры поначалу даже рассматривать не хотели, настолько он был ни о чём. И что в итоге? Уголовное дело еле-еле собрали, а гражданский иск вообще на уровне фантазий. Даже доказательства, которые прокуратура приводит, не выдерживают никакой критики. Ущерб? Где он? Есть экспертиза? Нормальная, независимая экспертиза, а не это позорище, где чуть ли не перепечатка старых документов. Про пайщиков вообще смешно слушать. Требовать возврата взносов, которые по уставу не возвращаются? Ну это уже бред. Вы подписывали договор, согласились с условиями — так какие претензии? Ещё и на 4 миллиарда кооператив арестовали счета. Откуда такая сумма? Прокуратура, вы там в калькулятор заглядывали?
